I need a special person. I need someone at the "top of their game" AND still with a lot of room to grow. This is a small manufacturing facility that needs strong leadership. The company is a strong Fortune 500 manufacturing firm closely related to mining. What I will need to see in someone:

4 year degree

Preferably a Masters also

7+years manufacturing experience

Operations Management experience

P&L experience and responsibility

Experience in Quarry or Mining is desireable

Strong desire

Must be willing to relocate as you will be promoted if you are the right candidate
