Responsibilities:

?Training installers and estimators on wood/concrete flooring and refinishing (Flooring exp not necessary)

?Ability to perform estimates, installations and grow the business

?Manage installers efficiently

?Experience in dealing with customers

?Manage inventory levels

?Ability to manage time, territory and expenses, as well as full P&L responsibility

 

Requirements:

?College Degree preferred, but not required

?Management experience required

?Repair or service industry experience preferred

?Excellent interpersonal skills

?Sales and analytical skills

?Ability to train and manage installers effectively

?Good customer relation skills

?Must pass background investigation & pre- employment drug screen
