Position Description

 

The role of Project Manager has responsibilities including working with development team following on complex projects, managing all phases of project from design to completion and insuring ongoing customer satisfaction. 

 

Position Requirements

 

Qualified candidates must posses an engineering, architectural or construction degree.  Prefer at least 10+ years of related or progressive experience in the construction industry.  Must have excellent negotiation and communications skill.  Experience with design/build firm highly desirable.  Competitive salary and benefits package available.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Structural or Civil), Architecture, Construction Management, or related field plus 10+ years experience in the construction industry, preferably in the commercial or residential design or construction area.  Professional Engineer or Architect registration, or ability to obtain same, desirable.  Must have ability to work productively with others, solve problems independently, communicate effectively, use available resources effectively.
