Multi-Family Superintendent

Integrity, Inc. is the leading provider of specialized recruiting for the homebuilding and land development industries.  We currently have an opportunity with a large Homebuilding company for a qualified Multi-family Super.

 

Working in conjunction with the Area Construction Manager, the Multi-family Super is responsible for all off site improvement construction and on site house construction ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the product.

 

Job Description:Manage all aspects of construction operations and personnel for the designated neighborhoods.Ensure all homes are built in accordance with the established quality standards and cycle times.Ensure all homes are built in accordance with established budgets.Ensure division and company customer satisfaction goals are achieved.Managing the wide range of activities associated with construction.Balancing the need for quality construction with the need to maintain established budgets.Ensuring a smooth handover of homes from construction to warranty.Constantly looking for ways to improve systems as well as the final product.Dealing with unexpected delays and problems which make planning difficult.Constantly being under pressure to ensure the division meets its closing and customer satisfaction goals.Recruiting, interviewing, training, managing, motivating and leading all direct reports.Overseeing the ongoing value engineering and enhancement of plans and specifications.Monitoring and refining construction systems and policies.Monitoring and evaluating schedule effectiveness and cycle times.Monitoring budgets to ensure adherence and identifying areas for cost reduction.Establishing and enforcing quality standards for materials, workmanship and final product.Ensuring the effectiveness of contractors employed by the company.Monitoring customer satisfaction and assisting with the resolution of any issues.
