Multifamily Construction Manager / Superintendent

Integrity, Inc. is the leading provider of specialized recruiting for the homebuilding and land development industries. 


We are looking for a very experienced individual to plan and coordinate working drawings, and perform construction management oversight.  Position requires both field and office duties.

 

Additional requirements include:

 

? Hands-on experience, as at least a superintendent, on at least two multi-family residential projects

? Experience working with architects and other consultants

? Working knowledge of architectural and engineering terminology

? Word & Excel proficient
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Ability to effectively interface with people at all levels

? Detail oriented person with strong organizational skills

? Ability to travel using personal vehicle; valid CA driver?s license
? Demonstrated self discipline and self motivation
? Ability to walk construction sites & lift up to 25 lbs.

Salary commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, paid time off, 401K and tuition reimbursement.
