We are currently seeking an Occupancy Planner to join our Accounts Management Group located in Libertyville, IL.

OCCUPANCY PLANNER - Libertyville, IL

Responsibilities:
Manage the capacity/demand and provide strategic planning for a major corporate campus of 5,000 employees
Act as single point of contact for campus/building-related planning questions
Report the current supply and capacity for a rolling three-year timeframe
Assemble regular updates and report the bottom-up seat projections for a rolling 3-year planning horizon
Track and report actual occupied seats versus projected
Develop building-specific stacking and blocking plans and secure group manager agreement
Develop migration plans and sequencing of group moves/relocations
Ensure planning is aligned with corporate guidelines, and that all scenarios maximize use of space
Facilitate communication between Facilities Business Liaison Manager, other Occupancy Planners and Project Management

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Design or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a corporate environment
Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, interior office renovations, and using AutoCAD in a planning capacity
Excellent strategic and analytical skills
Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Computer proficiency
