Office Manager

Flatiron Intermountain has an immediate vacancy for an Office Manager at its corporate office in Longmont, CO. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

 Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as the flow of correspondence.Enter weekly quantities in in-house accounting software (JDEdwards).Prepare weekly Labor Summary Report for management.Input data on spreadsheets and word processing.Enter payroll weekly.Monitor Equal Opportunity requirements.Communicate with vendors on billing questions and errors.Cost code set up and maintenance.Responsible for all GL updates.Process monthly Subcontractor Pay Estimates.

 

 

Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related studies required.
