Offsite Superintendent
Our client is a highly respected builder in Arizona with an immediate need for an experienced Off Site Superintendent. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing offsite construction and assisting in purchasing of all civil and landscape improvements. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: review, understand and maintain offsite budgets; review soils reports and insure that the recommendations contained therein are adhered to during construction; review and understand grading, improvement, joint trench and landscape plans, maintain as-built and verify subcontractor compliance with plans and specifications during construction; review offsite contracts and insure that the scopes of work contained therein are adhered to during construction; and prepare quantity take-offs from grading, improvement, joint trench and landscape plans. Other duties may be assigned.
