Operations/Branch Supervisor

In this position you will help ensure that rental equipment operations run effectively and efficiently in order to increase location sales and profits.?
In coordination with the?Branch Manager, perform?the full range of supervisory duties including performance development, direction and training of assigned employees.
Assists in establishing sales and profit goals and ensures proper inventory levels are maintained.
Resolves customer complaints, problems and issues.
Ensures a maximum level of safety and location cleanliness.



Requires a minimum of two?years related retail or service experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred.? Previous rental or related industry experience preferred.
