Operations Manager/Senior PM

 

 

 

Description:  The primary function of this position is to ensure profitable and efficient delivery of quality fire protection sprinkler systems through pro active management of a contract department,while coordinating and working in conjunction with Design,Service,Inspections and Residential departments.  Responsible to plan and direct the accomplishment of department objectives, as well as perform a wide variety of duties required to maintain the efficient, day to day operations of a department within a specific branch office.  The operations manager is responsible for all aspects of contract projects from the initial sale through completion of work.

 

Qualifications:  Experience in construction project management  Strong knowledge of the Construction Industry  Strong ability in Pro active planning  Strong financial/Business Acumen Ability to learn the technical  aspects of an operation Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to accomplish goals   Professional registration/certification is a plus   Excellent  verbal and written communication skills
