PROJECT ADMINSTRATOR

The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance in tracking multiple projects and will work to facilitate the next steps in a given project implementation. This person will work to ensure good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used in the execution of projects for a South Orange County school district construction program. Must have 3 years of construction experience with either a general contractor, construction manager or public agency. Additionally, candidate needs to have 5 years of adminstrative experience. Experience maintaining multiple project plans, excellent writing, communications and organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong interpersonal skills to work and communicate with a highly technical team of peers. Proficiency in MS Office required.
