We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Buffalo, NY. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

PROJECT MANAGER - Buffalo, NY

Responsibilities:
Project management and owner's representative responsibilities primarily in Mission Critical Facilities
Manage large projects including trading floors for a financial institution
Oversee projects from design through completion of construction
Project organization, project team engagement, project budgeting and scheduling
Interface with architects, engineers, construction phase management; client staff and vendors
Assist in the development and management of capital budgets
Interface with occupants of selected properties
Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or computer technology
Minimum of 5+ years experience working on mid to large commercial projects preferably in project or facilities management
Project work within/for an Investment Bank or financial industry environment highly desirable
High level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
