We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services, Healthcare Practice to support our Healthcare clients each in the Houston, Dallas, and El Paso Texas areas. Our Healthcare Practice provides management services for a range of healthcare-related design, construction and building activities for healthcare institutions, corporations, governmental and professional firms. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, inclusive of design, construction, medical equipment procurement and installation, voice and data installation, and physical customer relocation. In addition, the Project Manager will be a contributing member of our Healthcare Strategy and Development Team.

PROJECT MANAGER - Houston, Dallas, and El Paso Texas

Responsibilities:
Project management and Owner's representative
Day-to day responsibility for projects from conceptual programming through completion of construction and close-out
Manage the multi-disciplinary team and represent the Owner's interest
Provide technical support, project budgeting, value engineering and scheduling
Interface with architects, client, staff, contractor, consultants and vendors
Solicit, prepare and review bid documents and negotiate consultant contracts
Maintain a positive Team and client relationship and facilitate conflict resolution

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
Minimum 5 years experience working on complex Hospital, Life Science and other Healthcare projects
Experience working with Healthcare clients, physicians, and user groups
Demonstrated high level of performance in project budgeting and scheduling and team building
Excellent strategic thinking skills and leadership abilities
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of construction practices and techniques, ADA, project controls, medical equipment, Agency requirements, Owner liability issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
