We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in New York City, NY. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

PROJECT MANAGER - New York City

Responsibilities:
Project management and owner's representative responsibilities primarily in Mission Critical Facilities
Manage large projects including trading floors for a financial institution
Oversee projects from design through completion of construction
Project organization, project team engagement, project budgeting and scheduling
Interface with architects, engineers, construction phase management; client staff and vendors
Assist in the development and management of capital budgets
Interface with occupants of selected properties
Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or computer technology
Minimum of 5+ years experience working on mid to large commercial projects preferably in project or facilities management
Project work within or for an Investment Bank or financial industry environment highly desirable
High level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
