We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Team located in Oak Brook, IL. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

PROJECT MANAGER - Oak Brook, IL

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate relocations and renovations of departments within client corporate campus
Act as the single point of contact for all corporate reconfigurations and re-designs; project range from 500RSF to 50,000RSF, and $1500 to $3,000,000
Manage entire project process from project initiation through post occupancy
Organize project kick-offs
Advise end users on corporate standards program
Develop initial scope of work and establish project budgets and schedules
Multi-task and efficiently direct trades and multiple vendor teams

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum of 5 years experience working in a Project Management role
Ability to lead projects from Programming through Construction Administration
Ability to multi-task and efficiently direct trades and multiple vendor teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer proficiency in ACAD and MS Office tools to include MS Project
