My client is looking for a Project Superintendent to build commercial/institutional projects in the $3 ? $6 M range.  The projects are new and rehab with a lot of ground up construction.  The projects are local and 100% negotiated.  Company offers a good salary, bonus and a non-taxed car allowance with good benefits.  One of the best companies in the state.
