PROJECT SUPPORT/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Due to expansion, we have an immediate opportunity for a reliable individual to provide support for our project management team in the Washington metropolitan area.  The project support individual is the first point of contact for the project team, including consultants, contractors, owners, and in-house project managers.  The position involves monitoring and tracking project documents, answering phones, scheduling meetings, assisting with AP/AR, processing correspondence, and ordering supplies.  Excellent interpersonal, communication, grammar, and organizational skills, as well as computer literacy, the ability to travel between local project sites, and three years related work experience are required.  We will consider a college degree in lieu of work experience.
