Large commercial painting contractor is looking for a project manager for it's new construction divsion.

Project manager is responsible for estimation, sales and money management of project.

Applicant must have five years of experience in the paint subcontracting business and be skilled in estimating, sales and project management. Candidate must be able to read blueprints and have computer spreadsheet skills.

Company benefits include year end project manager bonus program, health insurance (including eye and dental), paid vacation and a 401K plan.
