Parts Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Parts Support Specialist assists in the handling of daily activities regarding the branchs equipment and parts, including material receipts and deliveries. This person accurately prepares paperwork and resolves and reconciles any discrepancies in systems used for parts, merchandise, and fleet inventory. The Parts Support Specialist insures timeliness of all parts asset reporting and helps coordinate and evaluate cycle counts and physical inventories.

Requirements:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business preferred; minimum of high school education required. The candidate must possess a minimum of one year electronic inventory control experience, preferably in the sales and rental of power equipment in the industrial and construction industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software desired.
