Parts & Inventory Assistant (HVAC & Plumbing)

 

We?re looking for a hands-on parts & inventory person with very strong computer skills, inventory, receiving stock and delivering parts background.

 

The Parts Assistant will:

 

1.  Participate in warehouse activities related to receiving, storing, stocking, shipping, dispatching and delivery of materials and supplies to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations and material transportation.

2.  Handle computer transactions related to parts, inventory and accounting.

3.  Communicate with personnel to coordinate stock levels, and content. 

4.  Increase and/or maintain product turns to agreed upon level. 

5.  Eliminate ?dead? stock inventory.

6.  Maintain up-to-date information on all inventory items including pricing, descriptions, classification, etc. 

7.  Resolve in a timely manner all product issues including defective product and RGA issues, vendor invoices, and various debit note issues.

? Incredibly computer literate

 

Do you have:

? High School diploma 

? 2 to 5 years direct inventory and parts experience

? Strong computer skills

? Mature, effective communication skills
