One of the top heavy equipment distributors in the country is looking for the right person to manage and direct the company's Service and Parts Departments. This corporate level position will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for company-wide service and parts operations. To be successful it will be necessary to possess experience and technical knowledge in all facets of the service and repair of heavy equipment as well as experience in parts department logistics and management in a multi-site environment. Experience as a heavy equipment mechanic and demonstrated career growth through the ranks to management position(s) in the heavy equipment industry will be especially appealing to the hiring authority. Matched to the technical knowledge will be top level management and leadership skills necessary to lead a diverse group of managers in a fast-paced, exciting industry.
