Program Coordinator/ Manager

A program coordinator or manager will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with ongoing Exterior Sign Programs. This includes contract execution, planning, customer relationship management and communications.


Synopsis of responsibilities:

? Manage all internal and external processes for the account(s) assigned. This includes identifying delays in the project and pulling the location through the process to meet deadlines.

? Schedule all activities and milestones required for successful completion of project ON TIME.

? Negotiates best product buyout and installation price for margin control

? General responsibilities, and job flow as outlined

? Managing timelines including tracking through each phase of the program and making all vested parties aware (internal and external) of milestone delays or successes

? Overcome challenges affecting the project, and manage through problems and delays to successfully get project back on track.

? Budget control of project, including issuing and receiving all purchase orders and monitoring costs of project.

? Help train Program Administrators as assigned, monitor PA?s account tasks and Customer Service, help teach PC problem solving skills

? Update status in system and attend weekly status meetings with vested parties

? Meet forecast of revenue for locations as projected, including all documents, contracts and information required for billing and payment success. Invoicing must be timely throughout the month as completion is achieved.

? Customer Satisfaction (internal and external). This means optimum communication to all parties.
