Project Architect

Well known Developer/Builder in Vegas is currently seeking a Project Architect to join their team.

The Position:

 

They are currently seeking to add a Project Architect to their team in Las Vegas, NV.  The Project Architect will attend and document initial Client Development meetings held.  Acquire general information required to establish type, ?expectation?, and scope of the work/criteria for the intended project.  Proceed with research, programming and preliminary schematic design to set the direction for the Project.  Submit job set-up for Executive Vice President/Architecture?s review at beginning of the Project.

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with legal terms
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Must be able to work in a group and independently
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Demonstrated computer proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Organized with a strong attention to detail
Team player, self-starter, results-oriented
