Project Coordinator / Customer Service

Prime Countertops, Inc., located in Long Beach, CA is a fabricator and installer of Corian solid surface countertops as well as an authorized installer of Dupont Zodiaq engineered stone countertops. We provide countertops for a diverse range of custom projects, from hospitals and schools to kitchens and baths.

 

 We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator / Customer Service  rep to provide project support for our numerous projects. This position will work very closely with our many customers and vendors as well as our estimating, production and installation departments.

 

Job functions:Create and maintain support for existing accounts.Create and maintain project documents.Material purchasing.Keep customers and client updated as to job progress.Work closely with customers, site supervisors and suppliers.Scheduling of measurements & installations with customers.

 

Skills required:Ability to work under pressure.Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and phone skills.Positive, proactive work ethic.Interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload.Be proficient in windows, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications.

 

Ideal candidates will have construction industry experience via cabinet or millwork companies, kitchen dealers or home centers. Experience with Auto Cad is not required but desirable. Salary is commensurate with experience.
