We are currently looking for a Project Developer with the following qualities:
? Enjoys closing and managing multiple projects at high margins
? Ability to set and communicate clear expectations with clients
? Proficient at determining what is necessary to produce an accurate scope of work for remodeling projects
? Consistently demonstrates good project management skills
? Utilizes excellent communication skills while working with design professionals, sub contractors, suppliers, production staff and discerning clients
? Among your many strengths are excellent planning, organizing, coordinating projects from beginning to end, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
? Possess good spatial & design skills especially for residential kitchen, baths, attics and additions.

Our next Project Developer must have the following experience:
? Practical knowledge and experience in residential construction sales and design
? Successfully sold multiple high-end residential design and remodeling projects in the 100-500K range.
? Communicated broad budget costs for a diverse mix of remodeling projects
? Works well providing clear, directive communications with demanding and highly educated clients.
