Project Engineer/Project Administrator

A growing mid size construction management firm is in need of high performing, high character individuals to work in a project team environment.  We direct and manage large public works and private project throughout Southern and Central California.  Job responsibilities would include: Assisting in the preparation of the monthly progress reports highlighting project progress, costs, schedule and other project issues; forecasting work activities for the coming period.Preparing and issuing minutes from weekly progress meetings.Receiving and routing all incoming correspondence to the appropriate personnel and organizations. Filing and maintaining all incoming and outgoing contract correspondence.Updating submittal, RFI, COR/CO and procurement logs for weekly progress meetings.Assisting in the preparation of construction management plan. Assisting in the preparation and issuing of all change order and change orders. Logging and maintaining all RFI files and disseminating RFI data to contractors, architect/engineers.Preparing progress pay applications for manager?s review and approval. Maintaining records of all pay applications segregated by contract.Assisting with the development and updating of the project CPM schedule.Maintaining files of all submittals and shop drawings.
