Constructors is one of Texas' top-ranked construction management firms, and is a member of The Structure Tone Organization - a $2B worldwide construction services leader.  We currently offer an excellent opportunity in our Dallas, TX office for a self-motivated team player with 1-2 years of experience on commercial high-end fast-track interior construction or ground-up building construction!  Market sectors include Corporate Office & Facilities, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Academia, Science & Technology, Health Care, Hospitality, and Aviation. 

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the complete flow and dissemination of information in and out of the construction office, including handling the submittal process, change orders, RFIs and shop drawings. Assures the project is completed in a timely manner, within budgetary constraints, and is of the highest possible quality given those constraints. This person will be the last employee left on site ensuring the project is closed-out to the client's satisfaction.This position is part of our Rotational Engineer program, and will provide opportunities to move into other key project roles, namely Field Supervision and Estimating/Pre-Con.

 

Candidates should posses: Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering/Management or related field. Excellent computer skills (Word, Lotus, Excel, construction databases, project management software etc.).
