Project Engineer / Scheduler

A proven, growing and award-winning General Contractor in Northern California is looking for a Project Engineer / Scheduler to add to their team. Their impressive list of past projects and a backlog of future work include a current sampling of clients in the hospitality, assisted living, wineries, offices and high end custom residential sectors. Their current annual revenue is well over $60 million with projected 5 year growth to $100 million.  This position is open due to growth and will see excellent advancement opportunities. 

Primary responsibilities include scheduling, being the communication hub between PM, Superintendent, owners, architects, and subcontractors, change orders and computer skills.  Must have strong communication skills to effectively solicit and work with subcontractors and suppliers. Photo skills a plus, taking photos of job progress is also a duty.

A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and experience of 2-3 years with a general contractor is required. A minimum of 3 years scheduling experience is also required along with demonstrable skills with scheduling software.
