Project Engineers for Design Build Co.

Title: Project Engineer – to be groomed to Project Manager


Position Type:Full-Time, Exempt


Location: Houston, TX


SUMMARY:


A reputable company in Houston is looking for Project Engineers to join their team.  This company builds commercial offices, corporate headquarters, hotels and are a design build firm.  Projects average $16 Million dollars.





  RESPONSIBILITIES 


·  Check submittals


·  process RFI’s and keep logistics of flow of the materials pipeline


·  Prepare and price change orders


·  Work with the superintendents to keep on schedule


·  Attend all owner meetings


·  Will be developed into Project Managers





  QUALIFICATIONS 


·  Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred


· 1– 5 Years experience required


·  General knowledge of construction principles/processes


·  List training
