Project Estimator

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. is an employee-owned company that has an immediate opening for a Project Estimator.  Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Highway/Civil Estimator with proven skills in estimating a broad range of worktypes associated with municipal street grading, concrete and asphalt paving, utilities and site work.  Candidate must be detail oriented and have prior computerized estimating experience.  Hard Dollar estimating, Suretrack/Primavera scheduling, and Agtek earthwork takeoff program experience is a plus.  Position requires the ability to create project estimates, produce schedules, negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders, and produce budgets for field managers.  An excellent salary and benefits package is offered including medical, dental, prescription drug, AFLAC, vacation, and holidays, as well as a 401K and ESOP Plan.
