Job Description:
Job Duties: Manage field construction of bank projects including new builds, grand slam renovations, office fit-outs. Also manage the daily maintenance responsibilities of our existing stores as well as Commerce Center, including cleaning and monitoring of HVAC systems and general daily cleaning of building and property. Must be able to troubleshoot and solve electrical, HVAC, and plumbing problems. Position will have two maintenance technicians reporting to them. Any other projects or duties assigned by Director of Construction.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivilent, college degree in construction management preferred. Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems a plus. Ten years of construction management experience and basic computer skills required
