M.J. Boyle General Contractor, Inc., an established leader in the construction industry based on a commitment to quality work, timely delivery, dependability, and integrity is looking for a non-smoking, seasoned individual to run multiple projects at a time; coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers; negotiate contracts; schedule, hire and manage sub-contractors; assist in permit acquisition; track the financial status of projects; and resolve client and project issues.

 

M.J. Boyle GC has a high standard of quality and safety in the performance of its work and has experienced managed growth and has earned a great reputation doing projects like:

? Renovation of  historical buildings and structures

? Expansion and remodeling of local universities, office complexes, and other buildings

? Build and upgrade manufacturing and research facilities for computer chip and chemical laboratories to name a few

 

Successful candidates should have:

? Experience with projects in the $3~$8m range

? Minimum of five years directly related experience

? BS/BA degree (Masters preferred)

? Leadership, team building, and problem-solving ability

? Ability to multi-task, analyze market conditions and work independently

? Strong work ethic, be highly motivated, and a self-starter

? Strong understanding in preparation and updating of construction schedules

? Working knowledge of Excel, Word and scheduling software
