Project Manager/Construction Superintendent

Food Service Renovations, Inc. has immediate openings for a Project Manager and a Construction Superintendent. FSR is a rapidly growing company, specializing in the design, build-out, equipment supply, and installation for a wide variety of custom food service facilities. The company is based in the Atlanta area and is licensed as general contractor in seven states in the southeastern United States.

The Project Manager position is responsible for the timely and on-budget completion of multiple construction projects throughout the Southeast. The Superintendent position is responsible for on-site construction and leading internal crews. Both positions are consulted for technical problem solving skills. Frequent travel is required.

The ideal candidates will have 15-20 years of experience in interior commercial construction and/or remodeling and a history of progressive responsibility for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. The company plans to expand its operations to include ground up construction and retail site development.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills
Proven record of successful project management
Ability to develop and motivate employees and subcontractors
Customer orientation and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to think and work quickly in a demanding, fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in construction management or related field
Experience in building stand-alone restaurants and/or food service installations
Skill in one or more construction trades
