Project Manager - Demolition

Nuprecon is one of the largest non-explosive demolition contractors in the United States.  With a history of steady expansion we are continuing to grow both locally and nationally with offices in Snoqualmie, Seattle, Portland and Honolulu.  Nuprecon performs a wide range of interesting and challenging pre-construction projects.  Specialties include:  total building removal, interior strip and gut, concrete saw cutting, core drilling and hazardous materials removal projects. 

 

We are seeking qualified candidates to fill TWO Project Manager positions. We have opportunities in our Major Projects Group, as well as our SWAT (Special Works Action Team) Division.  These positions are located at our corporate headquarters in beautiful Snoqualmie Ridge.

 

REQUIREMENTS:Experience successfully managing multiple fast track projects in a subcontractor environment is required.Experience in demolition and/or renovation is preferred, but not required.  Commercial experience is highly desired.Solid work history with strong references is required.Must be professional with skills in quantity take-offs, negotiating, budgeting and client relations.  Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office applications, is essential.Must be self motivated, goal oriented and able to work in a team environment.
