Project Manager - Engineering Construction
Job Description:
Provide overall construction project leadership. Supervise field supervision and office support staff.
Primary Duties:
Oversee construction projects ranging in size from $250,000 to $15,000,000. Issue subcontracts, purchase orders, prepare CPM schedules, RFI's, coordinate submittals, change orders, problem solving, update job cost reports, manage field production issues, etc.
Required Skill Sets:
Project management experience, good computer skills, Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge; Primavera scheduling knowledge, Primavera Expedition knowledge, strong letter writing skills, strong math skills, able to read construction drawings, OSHA safety knowledge, dependability, strong work ethic.
Required Qualifications:
BS in Engineering or Construction Technology
3-10 years of construction experience.
