Project Manager - Healthcare - Construction

Leading commercial construction company specializing in healthcare and hospital construction is searching for Project Managers to join its growing team. 


The Project Manager is responsible for:


Overall project management & primary responsibility for profit/loss on any assigned projects.

Developing and maintaining successful client relationships.

Planning and directing construction activity to deliver high quality, on time, within budget projects.

Directly manages Superintendents, Project Engineers, & other project staff.

Proficiency with Timberline or equivalent and Microsoft Office suite of products.


Candidate will work out of the Nashville, TN office and travel time to time to project sites.  Many of the projects are working on operating hospital campuses; therefore, candidates should be knowledgeable of responsibilities required while working in this environment. 


Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical or Civil Engineering


5 to 10 years experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects with a focus in healthcare. 


Requires minimum size of at least 3 projects in the $10 to $15 million range.
