Currently building multiple high-rise hotel projects with some luxury apartment units. This company is multi-faceted and also builds Commercial Office, Corporate Office, Hospitals, Healthcare, Specialty Restaurants, Retail Shopping, Big Box, Warehouse, Distribution, Educational (K-12, University & Private), Churches, Government, Military, Army Corp of Engineers, Hotel, Hospitality, Condominium, Hotel, Apartments, Assisted Living, Student Housing, Call Centers, Switch Centers, Neighborhood Shopping Centers, Light Manufacturing, Fast Food Restaurants and Parking Structures


 Expected Experience:

Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience building High-rise hotel or luxury high-rise projects for general contractors

- BS Degree in Construction Sciences or Engineering
- stable employment background w/ good references

- must be willing to relocate to the VA

- Proficient in spreadsheet based estimating or estimating with software like MC2 or Timberline.

- Proficient with project management support software such as SureTrak/MS Project and Expedition/Prolog

- Willingness to work in team environment.


Compensation Expectations

Base salary, bonus plan, vehicle expenses, company benefits, reasonable relocation expenses.
