IDC Facilities Services, a fast paced facilities management company, has an immediate need for a FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER located at our client site in downtown New Orleans, LA. Duties under limited supervision to include the following: * The management of commercial capital improvement projects; including planning, scheduling, budgeting,execution management and project reporting. * Overseeing the administration and implementation of a comprehensive asset management program required to maintain buildings, grounds, systems and equipment according to program guidelines and prescribed standards. * Responsible for the on-site supervision of staffing and contract resources, including Project Architects and Engineers. * Participate in the development and implementation of facilities management programs and service initiatives to ensure functional excellence through efficient and flexible plans and processes. Move management experience is a must. Participation in Emergency response also required as it is with all our facilities. Qualifications:
Industrial experience, knowledge of ADA requirements, and Engineering or Architectural degree preferred.
Experience using MS Project or P3C
Knowledge of AutoCad is preferred.
