Project Manager - Multi-family

The Company:   Our client is one of the largest Multi-Family Developers in the country.  This company was established over 25 years ago.  The company focuses on luxury properties/condos in upscale, high-growth urban areas. They own Class AA/A communities in resilient, high job-growth markets, primarily Atlanta, Houston, South Florida, Austin, Dallas, Tampa, San Diego/Inland Empire and Washington, D.C.

 

The Position:

 

The Project Manager will be responsible for luxury apartment construction from start to finish.  You will be involved in the project from the very early stages of development through construction completion.  As a true owner/developer/builder you have the opportunity to expand your expertise and take the next step in your career.

 

Compensation:

 

Our Client is offering an extremely competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 plus a full benefits package as well as an exciting and challenging work environment.

 

Candidate Qualifications:

 

Our Client is looking for an articulate professional who has excellent communication and leadership skills.  The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and been the lead Project Manager on multiple Multi-Family projects.  Must have a good work history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
