Position Description:

Gilbane, the nation?s sixth largest construction manager, has an opening for a Project Manager.

Profile: Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Executive with the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Engineers and Superintendents.

Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years experience on $15 million - $50 million construction projects. Knowledge of Prolog, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Excel and Word preferable.
Responsibilities: Jobsite responsibilities include, but are not limited to: direct and
supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.; work in a team environment with other Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents.

Education Requirement: The successful candidate should be a BS or MS [Engineering / Construction Management preferred] graduate.
