Project Manager, Owners Rep., Restaurants

Project Manager as owner will oversee construction managers, architects, engineers, building, major retail/restaurants, and department stores in a hundred mile radius of Philadelphia. This work shall include job site supervision, job meetings, progress reports, scheduling reports, budget reports.  The applicant must have a minimum of seven years practical experience in the field.  Preferable background architect or engineer.  The job sites are union and non-union.  This position requires the applicant to possess a driver's license and he/she must be willing to commute to the job site.  This is a mid-level position with an immediate opening.
