This (GC) General Contractor has a high rention rate and offers mentorship programs to help grow the company. Projects run from $10M - $70M.
Much like running a company, a Project Manager is in charge of supervising the business aspects of a construction project. This involves overseeing contract activities on a particular jobsite, such as communication with the owner and architect, submittals, procurement, budgeting and schedule. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field and 8 - 10 years of applicable experience.
