Project Manager-Real Estate/Restaurant Development

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Manage project planning including diligence, entitlement submission and approval, and building & safety plan check processing and permitting.

-Plan, direct, and coordinate development activities for new projects in five Western States.

-Work with project management to establish priorities within assigned projects.

-Confer with project staff to outline work plan and assign duties and responsibilities.

-Prepare project status reports for management and clients.

-Maintain and update project schedules.

-Resolve project issues and escalate project issues to management when necessary.


REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum of 5 years of Real Estate Development experience.

-BS/BA

-Knowledge of and experience in the City Planning and Permitting processes

-Willingness to travel in the Western United States when required

-Strong oral and written communication skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
