Project Manager (Traveling) Electrical Construction

We are now accepting resumes for a Traveling Project Manager. The position home office will be in Cerritos, CA. However, this Project Manager will be traveling around the United States (mainly west coast) managing off-site projects. **Must have ability to routinely work with and manage new groups of people.**



**Successful candidate MUST have prior experience managing large commercial ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS**



Job Duties:

Oversee Electrical Contracting Projects from beginning to end.



Oversee and direct field labor.



Pricing/Costing ? controlling the cost of the projects is essential to this position.



Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions.



Identify new business opportunities.



Additional duties as determined by Group Executives.

 



Preferred Job Requirements:

Experience managing large commercial projects (5M+).



Strong Union labor management skills.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Ability to work independently as well as team environment.



Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image.



McCormick Windows estimating system or similar systems experience.



Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction or related field experience desirable but not essential.
