Position Description | Project Manager

 

Forrester has immediate openings for Project Managers for our newest office opening in Northern Virginia.  The Project Manager is directly responsible for managing client relationships and Team Members on assigned projects resulting in on time, profitable projects that are of award winning caliber. 

 

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field5 years experience in progressively responsible construction management, estimating or sales at the Assistant Project Manager or above level including, at least, ongoing management of multiple projects and responsibility for consistent, sustained, profitable annual volume in the $5 million range5 years experience with MEP and other construction tradesAbility to communicate effectively in writing, orally in group presentations and one on oneExhibits a comfort level building rapport with new business contacts and in social business settings in generalDemonstrates the ability to create, lead and support a team of construction and administrative professionals Possesses a thorough knowledge of the commercial construction process and the related company policy and proceduresAbility to multi-task and establish prioritiesComputer literate and proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, scheduling and project management software
