Project Managers and Superintendents

A Commercial Real Estate Company located in Florham Park is searching for Superintendents, Project Managers, Asst. Project Managers, and an Estimator.?

ASST PROJECT MANAGER - will assist Project Managers in the management and administration of projects.? Should have 2 to 4 yrs. relevant experience.? Architectural or Engineering degree preferred.?

PROJECT MANAGER - Will be responsible for all aspects of construction projects.? Must have thorough technical understanding of typical commercial or mixed use construction.? Develops estimates and schedules, coordinates with design professionals, directs and manages superintendents and subcontractors, purchases and writes subcontracts, enforces all company policies related to safety and quality.? Will maintain Owner and subcontractor relationships, establishes project schedule, and should have to 5 to 10 yrs of project management experience.? Architectural or Engineering degree preferred.? SUPERINTENDENT with 5+yrs. experience in the construction industry. Must have technical understanding of typical commercial or mixed use construction, strong abilities to direct and manage subcontractors, attain high level of quality, promote safety, and multi-task including running multiple projects. Salary up to the low 90's or based on experience. Architectural or Engineering degree a +, but not required.

ESTIMATOR - Must demonstrate the ability to complete accurate quantity surveys, compile estimates, effectively obtain and check subcontractor proposals, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.? Min. of 3 years experience with?commercial or mixed use construction.? Architectural or Engineering degree preferred.?
