PROJECT SCHEDULER

 

Responsible for maintaining Primavera schedules for multiple, simultaneous large projects. Applicant should have a working understanding of utility construction work practices, processes and sequencing and their impact on project scheduling activities.Plan, coordinate, and manage all scheduling and control activities on projects / programs assigned using Primavera enterprise (P3e/c)Interface with project management team and various stakeholders on planning and scheduling related itemsRepresent project team in meetings with project stakeholders as required regarding project performance related to schedule and controlsReport project/program performance data as required Ensure compliance with H&M Project Management Methodology (HMPMM) and associated scheduling and control standards Perform additional assignments as directedTravel 25% - 50% as determined by the project needs

Requirements:5-10 years experience with Primavera or Primavera Enterprise Construction (P3e/c) scheduling software applications4 year BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field with 3+ years of relevant scheduling and controls experience or 5 ? 10 years of related industry experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification, formal Project Management foundation coursework, or knowledge and experience in Industry PM MethodsCommunication and interpersonal skills essential when interacting with internal and external project stakeholders
