Western Waterproofing Company, Inc., a member of Western Construction Group, Inc., has an immediate opportunity for a Project Superintendent. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operation of a 3+ million dollar project.  Responsibilities will include managing 40+ field personnel, scheduling, administering the company?s safety policy and ensuring job compliance with all government rules and regulations.  We anticipate the project will run until December, 2007.  Upon completion of this project and with acceptable performance, the employee will be given consideration for applicable employment opportunities within Western.  

 

Qualified candidates should have a H.S. diploma or equivalent.  Five+ years of commercial field construction and experience installing Hardie Board is preferred.  Carpentry experience is a must.  Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.  This position will be paid on an hourly basis and will not be eligible for benefits until a one year waiting period has been satisfied.
