Long established corporation in the homebuilding/construction industry is seeking a Purchasing Associate to oversee vendor & subcontractor relations and management of all related contracts in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications:

? A minimum of three years of Residential homebuilder purchasing experience

? Contract negotiation experience

? Experience purchasing for high-volume home builders

? Solid knowledge of residential building plans & materials from foundation to finish

? A college degree and construction products research experience are pluses
