In this outstanding opportunity you will be responsible for:Materials estimatingNegotiate trade contractsNegotiate materials pricing and vendor rebatesEffectively communicate with trade peopleProvide input to cost reductionWork to mitigate order variancesOversee execution of all vendor contractsResolve vendor issues

 

To be seriously considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:3-5 years experience in residential construction managementStrong estimating and purchasing backgroundBe strong negotiatorAbility to communicate well with vendors and other departmentsAbility to read blueprintsEffective time management skills
